About us
Nice to meet you
In 2019, we met on a post-graduate course, when we were both re-training as coaches. We hit it off, have remained friends and spend a lot of our timing doing the work we love. We both believe in the power of coaching, whether on a 1:1 or group basis - and witness the extraordinary power of women supporting each other to achieve their goals.

Honesty is important to me and so I want to start by saying …I don’t feel confident all the time! I now know, however, that I can reach for the the tools we share on this programme when I start to doubt myself.
True confidence means to ‘trust yourself’. We believe that to trust yourself you have to have the time and space to explore your thoughts, behaviours and beliefs so you can work out the best path ahead for you – not anyone else.
So often others opinions fill our thinking space. I can be guilty of this too. In wanting to fix the situation for a friend in crisis, I realised I had disempowered her by asserting my thoughts and judgements rather than listen and ask questions so she could be empowered to find, and trust, her own solutions. This is why a coaching approach empowers and builds confidence as “The mind that holds the problem is often the best one to solve it”.
I love being with and learning from the women on our building confidence programme as we co- create a safe and supportive space. We build confidence together as we reflect, share and learn what our own best path ahead is, cheering each other on to take steps forward.
I am an accredited Coach (ICF) and Action Learning Facilitator (ILM) and regularly direct Leadership Programmes for social change leaders.

My own coaching journey started at a time I was overwhelmed, lacked direction and felt completely lost. I had everything I could wish for – a great career with a values-driven company, a lovely home, great friends and supportive family. I was fit and healthy and felt that I should be happy. But something wasn’t right and I didn’t know how to fix it.
After trying multiple external solutions, I started working with a coach who helped me look inwards, and this experience transformed me forever. She enabled me to see that I had the answers within me, that I could work out who I was and what I needed in order to become the best version of myself – in my personal and professional life. It was the first time I truly felt heard.
This is what inspired me to re-train as a coach and empower others to see that they too have the ability, drive and know-how to succeed, both in and out of work.
Today, I coach individuals and teams to embrace their identities – uncovering their values, needs and true purpose. Often this involves developing the confidence to trust in themselves and the path they want to take.
I am a PCC Certified coach with the International Coach Federation and a Mental Health First Aider.
